Refund Policy – Pump Up Service

At Ngamo.com, we want you to be satisfied with our ad promotion service. Please read carefully:

1. Digital Service Only
   • This service is for boosting your ad to appear at the top of its category.
   • Once payment is completed, the service is considered delivered.
   • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for “change of mind” or if the ad performance depends on factors outside our control.
2. Refund Exceptions
   • Refunds will only be issued if there is a technical issue on our side preventing your ad from being promoted as described.
   • To request a refund, contact support@ngamo.com within 3 days of purchase with your transaction ID and a description of the problem.
3. Processing Refunds
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the same payment method used for purchase.
